This workshop provides an interactive, hands-on lab experience in which you will implement Avaya S8700, S8500, and S8300 Media Server-based IP Telephony solutions. You will gain hands-on experience administering, configuring, and cabling the solution hardware and telephones, and you will receive an overview of the various hardware components capabilities and features.

Attendees should meet the following prerequisites:

Familiarity with Avaya Communication Manager administration procedures
Attendance at Avaya Aura™ Communication Manager Fundamentals (ATI01672VEN)
