Temario This 5 day Cisco® CallManager MCS boot camp prepares for installing, configuring, and maintaining a Cisco IP telephony solution using Cisco CallManager 5.0. The course includes lab practice where you will configure Cisco CallManager, gateways and switches as well as build route plans to place intra- and intercluster Cisco IP phone calls. Furthermore the course explains how to upgrade to CCM5 from a previous version. The goal of the Cisco CallManager 5.0 Bootcamp is to enable students to deploy a Cisco CallManager 5.0 solution and to get a broad understanding of Ciscos Enterprise IP Communication portfolio. The course is of utmost importance for all network engineers and network administrators responsible for Cisco IP telephony solutions This course is delivered in partnership with Cisco Advanced Services.
Pre-requisitos
- CCNA required.
- Furthermore, having attended the Cisco BCMSN and CVOICE courses would be of advantage.
