    This course is designed for personnel responsible for installing NMS, AMIS-A, VPIM or Enterprise Networking on CallPilot systems

    • Identify and distinguish between the various types of networking services supported by CallPilot and Meridian Mail as documented in the applicable Nortel's technical references
    • Plan and implement AMIS Networking, Integrated AMIS Networking (Virtual Node AMIS), Enterprise Networking, Network Message Services, and VPIM Networking in accordance with customer requirements and applicable Nortel documentation

      Verify proper implementation by activating features to all sites and performing diagnostic tests in accordance with applicable Nortel documentation
