Temario This course is designed for BCM50 engineers who require knowledge of the standard BCM50, BCM50e, and BCM50a applications. Areas covered include CallPilot Voice Messaging and Call Center applications, networked client applications such as Unified Messaging, VoIP gateways, and the data features of the BCM50e/a models.
Workshops are a key feature of this course. Technical Guides will be provided for the duration of the course, providing text-based instruction to facilitate the workshop objectives.
